How does the DreamTeam online resourcing process work?

Once you have defined a need for a specific Microsoft skills or job role mix, you can
directly review DreamTeam Member CVs within this online resourcing portal. This
unique tool has a multiple level skills search facility for instant technology team
creation, enabling you to assess exactly what your project needs quickly and easily.

Once you have found the type of DreamTeam resource you need, or wish to discuss
your specific needs further, a resourcing specialist will guide you through the rest of
the process. If you wish, we can even undertake a bespoke search and selection
process to find skills that are difficult to obtain, such as new Microsoft technologies.

Your resource requests are then handled by our specialist resourcing team. We do
all the hard work, with Microsoft resourcing specialists offering expert advice on
selection and also interviewing candidates to ensure you get exactly the people you
need to meet your project or client resourcing deadlines.
