ICS Structured Sales cycle

ICS Solutions have developed a structured sales cycle to go alongside our SharePoint Advantage Program for Partners. This is aimed at clients who have Software Assurance Benefits such as the SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) or the Business Value Services (BVS) which provide up to 15 days of free consulting to evaluate how best to use the SharePoint licenses that a client has purchased. By implementing these free consulting days within the context of the ICS Solutions structured cycle, we are able to create the interest in the capabilities of SharePoint and use the SDPS days to focus on the right solution for the client.

We follow up the SDPS activities with specific services offerings like the SharePoint Adoption Framework that uniquely focus on the successful roll out of the solution that has been piloted with the free consulting which ensures the client gets the maximum value out of the license and the SA benefits.
