Strategy Briefing (1 day) - The one day SharePoint strategy outlines the key features of the SharePoint platform and maps these to your business and user requirements and objectives to give you a solid strategic foundation for your SharePoint deployment.

Architectural Design Session (2 days) - The two day Architectural Design Session (ADS) delivers a high level solution architecture for a SharePoint Server-based solution to meet your specific needs (as identified through the Strategy Briefings). The key objectives of the two day ADS are to:

Gain a thorough understanding of the business challenges to be addressed
Establish the requirements for the SharePoint based solution
Create a high level architecture for a business value-based SharePoint solution

Deployment Planning (2 days) - The two day Deployment Planning Service provides detailed guidance for specific SharePoint Server solutions, assisting you to develop your deployment plans. As well as building upon the Strategy Briefing and ADS, this two day session focuses on industry best practice and the lessons learnt from our extensive experience gained through eight years of delivering SharePoint solutions. The Deployment Planning Sessions can be tailored to your specific needs.

Proof of Concept (5 days) - The five day Proof of Concept service delivers a working prototype solution developed on your IT infrastructure. Working side-by-side with our technical consultants, your project team will create a SharePoint environment on your IT infrastructure and deploy a Proof of Concept SharePoint application.

Knowledge Transfer (5 days) - The five day Knowledge Transfer Service gives your SharePoint project team, key stakeholders and users a deeper level of understanding, skill and experience through a series of Hands-On-Labs, all supported by our technical consultants. Hands-On-Labs can be tailored to suit your specific requirements.
